Founded in 1977, and incorporated in 1980. The headquarter is located in Hawkesbury, Ontario Canada in between Ottawa and Montreal. The main focus of the business is in worldwide aircraft sales.In 1992 the company purchased 200 acres of land which is now the home of the Hawkesbury East Airport (PG5). The property around the airport is being developed for both commercial and residential purposes. There is also a floatplane base that makes change-overs from floats to wheels possible.Services provided at the airport are: tie downs, hanger rentals, hanger plots, fuel sales, aircraft maintenance and flight training.The company just celebrated its 30th year in global aircraft sales. We have sold everything from a piper PA-i8 in Alaska to a Citation & F-27 in France.Several year ago we shipped 5 high performances single engine aircraft in containers to Africa, France and Australia, this was the launching of the export business.The following year,our first sale was a Cessna 208 Caravan on amphibious floats to Nigeria, Africa.The company specializes in de Havilland Beavers, Otters, Twin Otters, high performance singles and float planes. With the majority of sales going to export, we take pride in offering clients from the USA and overseas, a turnkey service which entails: export licensing, de-registration, insurance and delivery to the destination airport.Steve Assaly and his team, treat every initial contact with special attention and concern for the clients particular needs, be it private or commercial.
