Note from Owner: I bought the aircraft around 2000 as a project. Windward at Lantana, West Palm Beach did the rebuild, Tropic Air Power did the engine and the paintwork was all done on the same field. The aircraft was completely dismantled.

  • Note from Owner : I bought the aircraft around 2000 as a project. Windward at Lantana, West Palm Beach did the rebuild, Tropic Air Power did the engine and the paintwork was all done on the same field. The aircraft was completely dismantled. The aircraft had sustained some damage around the nose tunnel which was not documented. I assume it had a nose wheel collapse with the previous engine. This area was completely rebuilt. The left wing showed signs of damage so this was replaced as well. All control surfaces were re-surfaced inc flaps.
Remarks
 
  • The Four-Seat Interior is completed in a dark red. The interior side panels I think are original and in good serviceable condition. There is dark red carpeting throughout the aircraft. The interior is in good condition
  • Annual Inspection completed in January by respected Beech Maintenance Shop.
  • Continental E 225-8 Engine McCauley Hydraulic Prop - Alternator conversion - Third window , Tip tanks - Oil
